Normal Shipping Rates & Times Across Canada
* Anomalies happen from time to time, and so we do not guarantee any delivery times and are not responsible for delayed deliveries. However, if a rare delay or issue does occur with your order delivery, you can count on us to work with the courier company to resolve the delay or issue to the best of our abilities, as fast as possible, under the circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to your designated shipping address if is not feasible, not viable or too expensive to ship to said designated address.
We're in Canada, and it can get COLD!

Please note, we are NOT responsible for frozen contents. As Canadians, we can all understand that our great country can get pretty cold at times, and we ask our customers to kindly consider this when ordering products that may freeze after delivery. If you are worried that your order contents will freeze after delivery, we recommend that you send us an email (to orders@beautywellness.ca) and make a special request for us to ship your order to a Canada Post location for pickup. This is a free service and can help avoid freezing of products in very cold conditions. You must request this before or immediately after placing your order.
Processing & Shipping Times
- We ship from the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario.
- 1 to 5 business days after the order is placed, we ship it out and email the order tracking information.

Most items are normally delivered within 3-11 business days of order confirmation. (However, this is not a guarantee and it depends on the location in Canada, how remote it is, and the time of day that the order is placed). Please see the table at the top of this page for more accurate estimates based on different locations in Canada.
- Delivery days are business days (Monday to Friday).
- We do not guarantee any delivery times and are not responsible for delayed deliveries.
Orders Over $300
- To safeguard the deliver of larger orders, any orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery. Order's under $300 will not require a signature upon delivery.
Thinking of You & the Planet
- To reduce waste and costs for our customers, BeautyWellness.ca often reuses boxes from our own suppliers when shipping orders to our customers.
Returns Shipping
- As also outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, customers are responsible for shipping fees for returns (unless BeautyWellness.ca has approved to pay for return shipping – in certain rare cases).
- IMPORTANT: Unclaimed, Refused, Or Undeliverable Shipments (Return To Sender) are NOT acceptable forms or product returns. For more on this please see this section below: Unclaimed, Refused, Or Undeliverable Shipments (Return To Sender)
Damaged Items
- If you observe any damage to either the shipping box or the contents of the package upon receipt, you must immediately take photos of the damage, share the photos with us and report the damage, all to orders@beautywellness.ca.
Lost Shipping
- BeautyWellness.ca is not responsible for lost shipping items. When possible, we will provide tracking information to mitigate the risks associated with lost items.

- Please be advised that BeautyWellness.ca is not responsible for the theft or loss of a parcel AFTER it has been successfully delivered to the requested shipping address. Once a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, any risk of theft or loss is fully transferred to the recipient.
- As such, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels that are stolen or lost after delivery confirmation.

Information Accuracy
- The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
Unclaimed, Refused, Or Undeliverable Shipments (Return To Sender)
Refusing delivery, failing to claim a parcel, or providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is NOT a recognized nor accepted method of returning an order.
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or otherwise deemed undeliverable by the courier for reasons attributable to the customer (including, but not limited to: refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the parcel from a pickup location, incorrect or incomplete address information, unavailability to receive the shipment, or refusal to pay applicable delivery-related fees), the parcel may be returned to BeautyWellness.ca Inc. as Return to Sender (RTS).
In such cases, the following conditions apply:
1) Return process and carrier handling
Parcels returned via RTS are handled solely by the courier and are not processed as standard returns. As a result, the return of the parcel is not guaranteed, may be delayed, or may be subject to carrier-imposed handling conditions and fees.
2) Refunds, exchanges, or reshipments
Any refund, exchange, or reshipment request can only be processed after the parcel is physically received by us and inspected. Until the parcel is received, we are unable to confirm eligibility for any remedy.
3) Recovery of shipping and handling costs
Where a refund is requested following an RTS return, any non-recoverable shipping and handling costs incurred as a result of the original shipment and return-to-sender process may be deducted from the refund. These costs typically range between $30 and $80, depending on location. Any applicable payment-provider or order-cancellation fees will also apply in accordance with our Refund Policy:

4) Reshipment requests
If the customer requests reshipment after an RTS return, the customer must pay, in advance, the applicable shipping costs associated with both the return-to-sender charge and the new outbound shipment. These costs typically range between $30 and $80, depending on location.
5) Non-returned or damaged parcels
If a parcel is not returned to us, or is returned empty, incomplete, or materially damaged as a result of refusal or RTS handling, we may be unable to offer a refund, exchange, or reshipment.
Important notice regarding damaged deliveries:
If a parcel appears damaged upon delivery, customers are to accept the shipment and contact us immediately with photos. Refusing delivery will limit available carrier remedies and delay resolution.
Consumer rights preserved:
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. In particular, this policy does not apply where a remedy is required due to our error (such as an incorrect item shipped) or where a product is defective or damaged in transit.
