I’ve got very fine hair. The smallest amount of product weighs it down. Tried all the high end volumizers. Meh. Rusk Voluming Mousse? Outstanding! I noticed an immediate difference. Volume AND moisture. My hair texture felt better immediately. Volume, conditioning impressive.
